    Director and co-founder of Headspace Leeds. Qualified psychotherapist, CBT Practitioner, Supervisor and Couples Therapist. Completed qualifications at University of Leeds 2008. Previous therapy experience working for NHS. Before qualifying worked in advertising for 20 years. I work with individuals and couples to help them gain clarity and provide strategies for dealing with their issues.

    Director and co-founder of Headspace Leeds. Qualified psychotherapist, Registered Member BACP, completed Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling at University of Leeds. Works face to face with individuals and couples over a length of time to suit needs and expectations of my clients.

    Bsc. MBACP

     

    Qualified counsellor with over 15 years’ experience, working with adults and young people. Has worked in private practice, a counselling charity and school/college settings. Focuses on the therapeutic relationship and has experience in CBT and Mindfulness Based Therapy.

  • Amanda Ingram Hardwick

    Registered MBACP

     

    Qualified counsellor, Couples therapist and Supervisor.  Working face to face with individuals and couples. Studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and York St John. I am able to integrate various models to tailor the session to meet the clients’ individual needs. Currently completing TA qualifications.

    Qualified Psychotherapist / Counsellor: Trained at University of Hull, works face to face with individuals & couples in Ilkley, provider of online counselling for individuals.

  • Richard Lyons

    BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing at Leeds Metropolitan University, Post Graduate Diploma in CBT at University of York, completed parts 1-3 in EMDR therapy training with EMDR Europe. Accredited with British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). Works on a face to face basis in Leeds City Centre and Ilkley with individuals experiencing depression and/or an anxiety disorder.

    Qualified Psychotherapist / Counsellor:  Trained at Leeds Beckett University.  Works face to face with individuals in Leeds City Centre and Ilkley recognising the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Experience includes working with bereavement, loss, anxiety, depression and abuse.

Working collaboratively to help you gain personal awareness and to understand the difficulties you may be experiencing by offering an empathic and supportive space for you to explore and encourage change. My previous experience includes working  at Talking Spaces and Just ‘B’ Bereavement Support Service, Harrogate and Craven College, Skipton providing counselling to staff and students.

    Clinical Psychologist. Completed Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Lancaster University. Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families, who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.
